Technical Assistance on Legal Services Delivery
National Legal Resource Center partners can provide technical assistance on the efficient, cost-effective, and targeted provision of state-wide legal and elder rights advocacy services.
This includes guidance on a broad range of issues related to the delivery of legal services to older Americans. Please check more information about the types of technical assistance available from NLRC Partners here.
Priority is given to states participating in the Model Approaches to Statewide Legal Assistance Systems Program, but this technical assistance is also open to others, including legal state
units on aging directors, state legal services developers, state LTC ombudsman, Area Agency on Aging staff, Aging and Disability Resource Center staff, Title IIIB legal providers, Legal Services Corporation providers, senior legal helplines, and other professionals involved in protecting the rights of older persons most in need.
The NLRC website cannot provide legal advice to individuals. If you are an individual in need of legal assistance, please see a legal services provider in your area.
